Moss Brothers 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon

The nose is a combination of tobacco, blackberry and blackcurrant, with a touch of herbal mint that can be typical of the region. The palate is full flavoured combining blackberries and blackcurrants with tobacco and vanillin characters from the oak. The wine may be enjoyed young for its generous fruit, mouthfeel and balance as well as being a sound aging prospect due to its well integrated underlying tannin structure. This cabernet sauvignon would be delicious with rare eye fillet, Moroccan lamb or rich lamb casserole.
