Vinosense have reviewed a bottle of Hollick Wines' 2003 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon, giving it a great review and rating. I mention it here because we're lucky to have a couple of Hollick produced wines available on BDW. From their Red Ridge range, the 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz and the 2004 Chardonnay Semillon are both incredibly priced ($95/case), and made from 100% Coonawarra fruit. A great way to stock up again after the cellar draining festive season :)
